HEATA exercises strict quality control over products from the source, prioritizing product quality. We have established a rigorous supplier access mechanism, improved product automation production rates, and possess industry-leading quality assurance.

Our main quality control methods include incoming material inspection, first piece confirmation, spot checks, warehouse inspection, and periodic inspections. We regularly hold quality meetings to evaluate production quality status through indicators such as first-pass yield and warehouse acceptance rate, in order to drive continuous improvement in the production site.
